Thanks to my cute husband...we won tickets to the Real Salt Lake game on Saturday! It was so much fun! I had never been to a Real game before...and was super excited to go! Not only did we win tickets, he got us ticket's to his company suite! It was so awesome...the tickets were $200.00 a piece...and we were able to go for free! Thanks to...
for having such an awesome suite and for letting us go! We seriously enjoyed every second of it! Go Real!!!

They also provided us with a pulled pork dinner, which was seriously some of the best pulled pork I have ever was and I really enjoyed it! :)
And the best part about the game was that it was raining so hard...and we didn't have to be outside! We had a fantastically warm suite that we could stay in while watching everyone else get soaked and freeze...sorry to everyone else who had to watch the game in the rain..but it was so fun! The walk back to the car was another story, but at least I didn't have to sit in it the whole game! :) Thanks again to Clearlink for such an awesome game! We loved it! :)

Weddings, Babies, and SO Much More...

Just over a week ago, my cute brother married the cutest girl EVER! This past week has been quite eventful, which means not much time for the blogging world...but now it is time to share! First, my brother, his wife and two kids came in town from North Carolina on Friday. It was so good to see all of them...especially because the last time we saw them was a year ago! It's amazing how much the little one's grow, and how fast time flies!
My brother's cute fiancé (now cute wife, Krystal) asked me to be a bridesmaid for their wedding! I was SO excited to be asked to be a special part of their special day! The dresses were so stinkin cute, and I was so excited to be a part of their special day! Unfortunately, I was able to hide my pregnant belly until about a week before the wedding. Luckily, I have a cute mom who was more than happy to help me alter my dress slightly so there would be enough room for the two of us inside the dress. On Sunday, Krystal had the bridesmaids over to her house for a glitter-toes party! I have never had glitter toes before, and they turned out SOOO cute!!! It was fun to get to spend time with her and the other bridesmaids before the big day!
On Wednesday, Tyler and I had our official ultrasound visit at the doctor's's a BOY!!! :) We couldn't be any happier to see our little squirt, to know that he is growing and developing well, and that this time he wasn't shy and was actually quite happy to show us his 'equipment.' He sure is a cute little bug, that's for sure! :) Wednesday afternoon we had the rehearsal for the wedding, and the reception center was so amazing! It was definitely nice to run through everything, so I didn't feel like a complete idiot when it came time for the wedding! That night, we had the wedding rehearsal dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory. I had never been there before, and it was such a treat! The food was amazing...the strawberry lemonade made both me and the baby happy...the ice-cream was delicious, and the company was so much fun!
Thursday was the big day! We spent the morning getting all fancied up and ready for the wedding...we were praying the whole time that the weather would allow for us to have the ceremony outside, which is what Jonny and Krystal wanted. The weather was being the usual Utah weather, where it would be nice and then five minutes there was no telling what it was actually going to be like...Luckily the weather cleared up enough for us to have the ceremony outside in front of the beautiful waterfall. Krystal looked absolutely GORGEOUS, and Jonny looked very stunning as well! I am so glad that the weather cooperated for us, because the wedding was so amazing! We had fun dancing and socializing all night (and although I don't have any pics...I will try to round some up because it was seriously so nice). I am so glad I could share in their special day with them!
On Friday, I started my new job at my new branch! I am now a loan officer...which is pretty awesome...j/k! I am going to miss the people I used to work with, but I am already loving my new branch! :) On Sunday, my sister-in-law gave birth to a beautiful baby girl! She was a planned c-section, but not until Tuesday...little baby Carter had a mind of her own, and decided it would be funny to break her mommy's water on Easter Sunday. So at 3:00 in the morning, they ran to the hospital, and the doctor's did an emergency c-section on her! Luckily, everyone is doing well! She was born 7 lbs. 13 oz. and 19 inches long! :) Congratulations to my cute sister-in-law Steph on a beautiful baby girl! It just makes me so excited to have a little one of our own! So...there is our eventful week all nice and wrapped up! It has been so fun, and a little bit of everything! Congratulations to my cute brother and new sister on their wonderful wedding...and to my other sister and brother on the birth of their new baby! :)

We are Blessed

I know that I haven't posted much lately, and there's not really much of an excuse, but I did want to give a brief update of our life in the past few months. Tyler just got a new job, and we are so excited! He first heard of this company last semester when he was in his Entrepreneurial Leadership class, which by the way was a class set apart for a select few students who were in the top of their programs, and with Ty being Phi Kappa Phi, he was invited to attend. It was an amazing class where he was able to have lunch and meet with the CEO's of several companies. After one of his classes, we went to the wedding of one of our cousins when he told me, "I know what company I'm going to work for..." which happens to be Clearlink, a marketing company. This company is AMAZING and we are so excited, and blessed that he was able to get a job with them! We can't wait for him to start! :)
Also, we are expecting our first little one to join our household at the end of August! We definitely did not think that we would get pregnant so quickly (and I mean like the day after going off birth control quickly), but that is something that we cannot complain about! We can't wait to find out what our little wiggle-worm is, and can't wait for all the adventures we have in store! Unfortunately, because it did come so quickly...we will no longer be able to go on our cruise that we have had booked for almost 2 years, because coincidentally, it happens to be the same week as our due date. Funny how timing is everything :) But we are not too bent out of shape because we can't wait to see our little one! :) Hopefully at our next doctor's visit we will be able to determine what our little peanut is! And trust me....we can't wait!!!! :)

Our First House!!!

We finally closed on our first house on Monday! After six weeks from our original closing date, and after several hours on the phone with the mortgage company, we are finally closed!!! Look how sinking cute it is! I mean honestly! We are so excited to start moving in and to begin our lives together there! We have honestly been so blessed and are so grateful for the chance we have to buy an amazing house especially in this economy! Once I can get moved in, and get all my cute decorations up, I will post mote pictures of the inside, but for now, look how cute the outside is even!

Our wonderful realtor, after so much work, brought us over a fantastic, and might I say delicious gift basket from Kneaders bakery last night! He and his cute wife, who I used to work with stopped by to visit and bring us this wonderful surprise! Nancy knows how much I love Halloween, which by the way will definitely be the first thing I decorate for, and so the basket was Halloween themed! They are so sweet! If anyone is looking for a realtor, Vince Landvatter is fantastic!

We are so excited to have been so blessed and wanted to share our excitement with you! It has been a long fought war with Envoy mortgage, who I definitely wouldn't recommend if you're looking to buy, but we are so ecstatic to finally own a home! More pictures to come! Yay for being a homeowner!!!!
